We do offer ACH/EFT payments, however we are transitioning to a new provider and will have a short delay in new ACH/EFT enrollments. You may visit our new vendor's website to enroll for future ACH/EFT payments at https://www.instamed.com/hcpa/. Please be aware that ACH/EFT payments for new enrollments between now and October 19th will not begin until on or about October 22, 2018.
